As a registered nurse, I’ve seen firsthand how broken the healthcare system can feel. Patients are stressed. Preventative care is often ignored. And too many people are left guessing about what’s really going on in their bodies.

So I built Carefy — a new kind of health company rooted in real tech, real transparency, and real impact.

We created the Wonder Ring, a smart ring that tracks your vitals and gives you non-invasive insight into your glucose trends, stress, sleep, and more. No finger pricks. No medical jargon. Just answers.

We also launched Energy + Focus Strips, made for people like me who are juggling late shifts, building something big, or just trying to show up at 100%. They’re fast-acting, clean, and designed to fuel your grind without the crash.

Carefy isn’t just a brand — it’s a movement. We’re building an entire ecosystem to help people take control of their health using wearable data, smart supplements, and eventually… concierge care, AI, and even blockchain-powered access to services.
